Yes, founders must be based in Romania or building with teams based in Romania.

This programme accommodates co-founders who are welcome to attend the one-on-one mentorship calls. There must be one main applicant who attends every call.

No, Endeavor is sector agnostic and works with companies across a variety of industries, from fintech to frozen veg!

Most of the mentorship sessions will be done virtually.

However, there will be three in-person events, in Romania (Bucharest), through the program. One Launch Day event in September (half day), one Founders Bootcamp (2 days), and a Demo Day to celebrate the completion of the program.

You will receive a business diagnostic based on your main challenges, needs, and priorities. We will then match you with mentors who have the expertise and background to help you.

We will always check for any potential conflicts of interest with you before arranging the sessions. 

The Endeavor model has been operating a curated peer-to-peer network for over 25 years so identifying the right mentors for each entrepreneur is what we do best.

Thanks to our partners UniCredit Bank, the participation fee will be limited to €2,000 per company.

You will connect with mentors who are entrepreneurs or area leaders from the largest technology companies in Romania and the world, partners from large venture capital firms, and operator experts.

In Bulgaria, the Dare to Scale program by Endeavor has screened over 500 high-impact companies, with 55 companies participating in its five editions. The program boasts a high satisfaction rate, with participants successfully raising significant funds and scaling their operations internationally. This showcases the effectiveness of Endeavor’s tailored support and global network.
