The Scale Up Program: Kicking Off a New Cohort and Welcoming New Partners

We’re excited to announce the second cohort of the Scale Up program, a six-month journey designed to help high-potential Romanian startups scale faster and smarter.

Over the summer, we ran an intensive selection process: dozens of conversations, deep-dive interviews, and careful evaluations. Out of more than 100 applicants, 22 companies were shortlisted. And now, we’re thrilled to welcome the entrepreneurs of eight exceptional companies into the program:

  • MeetGeek.ai is a complete ecosystem of meeting apps, AI meeting assistants/agents, mobile & Chrome capture, and public APIs that capture, assist, automate/integrate, and measure/secure everything around meetings – so conversations turn into actions, insights, and automations.
  • Lendox is a Credit Intelligence Service, accelerating Bank analytical achievement, from sales to underwriting and monitoring, leveraging advanced technology and proprietary modeling to revolutionize credit risk assessment.
  • Symphopay is an Omnichannel Payments Orchestration Platform designed for Banks and Large Retailers.
  • Rayscape is a medical technology company dedicated to advancing radiology through AI-powered solutions.Its CE-marked products integrate seamlessly with hospital systems to assist radiologists in the early detection and monitoring of lung diseases, including lung cancer.
  • Munevo is an assistive technology company that uses smart glasses for people with disabilities to improve mobility and everyday life.
  • Questo helps people to reconnect with the real-world. Players solve clues and challenges that guide them through hidden stories, landmarks, and local secrets, making every walk feel like an adventure.
  • Fagura connects individuals and small businesses looking for loans with a community of investors. The company’s mission is to make financing more accessible and transparent, offering an alternative to traditional banking.
  • Licenseware helps enterprises save millions on software, with its modular SaaS platform that automates software license analysis, enabling IT, procurement, and compliance teams to reduce risk, control costs, and improve visibility across their software estate.

We’re also proud to announce two new strategic partners joining this edition of the program: UiPath and Mastercard, alongside returning main partner UniCredit Bank. Their support plays a key role in enabling this initiative and scaling its impact.

Why the Scale Up Program?

Endeavor has launched Scale Up programs in many emerging markets worldwide, designed to support founders who are past the early-stage hustle and ready to scale. In Romania, the program was launched just a year ago, timed with the rapid growth of the local scene, with the goal of helping local entrepreneurs develop a global mindset and build scalable companies.

What sets the Scale Up program apart is its focus on personalization. Every company selected into the program receives a tailored roadmap, built through collaborative deep-dive sessions with the Endeavor team and board members, and support that aligns with their specific goals and challenges. 

Over six months, the selected founders will benefit from:

  • 1:1 sessions with seasoned operators, investors, and founders from Endeavor’s global network;

  • Workshops focused on relevant, cohort-specific topics;

An exclusive 3-day founders’ retreat, bringing together Romanian and international mentors, partners, and experts;

A new addition to this year’s program is the introduction of dedicated fellow mentors, experienced leaders from the Endeavor local network, carefully matched to each company. These mentors will stay closely involved throughout the journey, providing strategic guidance, asking the tough questions, and helping founders stay focused on what matters most.

The program kicks off in September and runs through March 2026, ending with a final in-person event to reflect on learnings, growth, and future plans.

Beyond the selected cohort, we’ll stay connected with all of the companies we engaged with during the process. Whether they’re ready now or still on their way, we’re committed to supporting their growth and helping them get closer to the point where a program like Scale Up by Endeavor can make a meaningful difference.
