Scale Up by Endeavor gave us the right context to pause, step back, and look at our business with new eyes. What made the experience especially valuable was the caliber of the mentors. They challenged our assumptions in a very direct, honest, and constructive way. Some of the feedback felt like a cold shower, but it came from people with real experience, and that made it incredibly valuable.

The program shifted my mindset from simply growing the company to first scaling myself as a founder. It helped me realize that we need to think and act bigger. One of the key differences is the communication between startups, we became more open and more vulnerable with each other. I think it is very important to see the human side, not only the startup. It’s a great opportunity to build personal, human-touch relationships.

The time invested in this program was well spent. The Endeavor Romania team did a great job in putting together the content, as well as the different interaction processes with the other startups in the cohort. The resources of a startup at this level are extremely limited. Teams are usually lean at this stage, but if I were to give advice now, it would be to make room for the program.

I think one of the key takeaways from this program is that it is always a pathway to growth. Another thing I will always remember is that you’re never alone. We were surrounded by a cohort of like-minded startup founders and formed some very strong friendships. We even started doing business together, so I’m very excited about this outcome.

This cohort made me step out of my daily routine by introducing new concepts in the way we’re structuring the business and how we’re laying down the bricks for the next step of the scale-up process. What stands out from Endeavor so far is their premium touch to the entire experience, how the community is together, the network they’ve got and how they’re managing to leverage it in order to have the founders together.

Endeavor did a great job not just by bringing us together, but by connecting us with the right people. Before this experience, I had heard a lot that Endeavor is about the people, but I can now confirm 100% that its real magic is indeed about the people and about building the beautiful Endeavor community.
